The Minister of Defense in the caretaker government, Zeina Akar, tweeted on her Twitter account: “The House of Representatives approved the proposal to protect the areas affected by the Beirut Port explosion and support and accelerate its reconstruction, and the amended illicit enrichment law, to subject ordinary crimes to the judicial judiciary, are considered an achievement and an Important step in the path of reform and enhancing transparency.”
